A focused professional credential designed to provide specialized training in a specific area of civilian oversight practice. Each certificate track equips participants with practical knowledge, applied skills, and foundational frameworks relevant to their role within oversight institutions — including investigative work, policy analysis, governance, or community accountability.
The Professional Certificate is intended for practitioners seeking targeted training in a specific domain of oversight without committing to a full multi-track program.
An advanced academic credential designed for professionals seeking comprehensive training across the full spectrum of civilian oversight practice. The Graduate Certificate is being developed to integrate multiple disciplinary perspectives — including law, public administration, criminal justice, and community governance — to prepare participants for leadership roles in oversight institutions.
Participants would complete all six Academy tracks, gaining a broad and integrated understanding of oversight systems, investigative practice, data analysis, community engagement, and institutional leadership.
The Graduate Certificate is currently in development. Additional details — including academic partner, eligibility requirements, and recognition framework — will be announced as the program is finalized.
Every Academy graduate earns a Professional Certificate. Complete all six tracks and earn the Graduate Certificate.
